Progress Update: Nineteen
We’ve reached week 21 in our build (progress update 19) and are very pleased to say that the upstairs is almost near finished and looking fabulous – complete with Dave’s stone bench top. Builder Luke and his team have hung Lisa’s VJ doors and completed the fit out, while Lauren and her painting team have added the final touches in off-white tones.
The timber look alike floor tiles arrived today for install next Tuesday, with the air con units and wardrobe doors the last pieces of the upstairs puzzle.
Outside Josh has been laying the formwork for the concrete passenger walkways around the building and the footings for the front gates and walls. The Canungra potato man Dale has also been onsite this week laying his blocks (oh so carefully).
Progress is getting very exciting with the end in sight. Bring on the Open Day!
